These zircons are from a brand new find in the Rift Mineral Province of Malawi.  They are unique in a number of ways:  their size combined with their crystallinity is almost unprecedented;  they are rich in rare earths and uranium and therefore very dense, and they fluoresce a rich orange/yellow.  Click on the link to see the mineral analysis of these zircons.
